Digital Photo Mentor is a great starting point for those just picking up a new camera. Basic image composition, general information about cameras and lenses, and tips round out the tutorial options.
Photography Course is true to its name, offering courses introducing basic concepts such as shutter speed and white balance and then moving up to more advanced manual shooting topics. This site also offers tips on iPhone photography (yes, it’s a real thing) and some video courses.
Like Reddit? There’s a photo class for that!
We love Cambridge in Colour because of the name (our parent company is Artisan Colour), but they also have a great selection of photography tutorials. Ranging from technical information to camera care, this is a great resource for beginning to intermediate photographers, regardless of camera type.
Photoshop Cafe has a great cheat sheet for beginning to intermediate photographers. You can find many others online, especially on Pinterest.
Dave Morrow Photography has a great site covering a wide range of topics. He discusses more advanced topics such as his passion, night sky photography. Morrow also includes free printable guides for things such as the Exposure Triangle, a core piece of technical knowledge that take photographers from beginners in auto mode to experimenting with shooting in manual.

Canva is a great asset for creating graphics (even if you’re not a graphic designer), and they also have a wide range of articles related to design, photography, and business.
Digital Camera World has a little bit of everything, from gear reviews to posing people for portraits to shooting winter sports.
Camera equipment companies B&H and Adorama have blogs featuring a variety of topics.

Inspiration

Petapixel offers tips and tutorials aimed at every level of photography.
Fstoppers has a very wide range of articles, so there’s a little something for everyone.
500px’s blog offers education, inspiration, design, and news to photographers all over the world.
