120 mm film and Hasselblad

August 6, 2014
As I lately wrote in one of my social networks I discovered a new lab in Hanoi which develops and sell as well 120mm film. They do have as well a limited range of antique and old analog film cameras. 35mm film and cameras as well. As good as the films are they sell I didn't know how there develop skills would be. I charged my Hasselblad 500 c/m with Ilford 3200 ISO film and get out even as it was a drizzling rainy late evening to take some low light exposures and see what they could come up with.

All in all they did a real decent job with developping. Scanning on the other hand is quite lousy and I'll have to do it in a better resolution again. especially as they already scanned in jpg. But hey they charge for developing and scanning just 40.000 Dong. That's a deal.
I will scan the negatives once more and will develop them afterwards either in Lightroom or in Photoshop which I already did with two - a quite different outcome. Its the first and the last image. All others scanned by the lab but for a quick reference more than enough.
