One obvious film solution, but it won't give you a radically different "feel", is to get any of the most excellent Canon EOS film cameras.
My personal favorite is the EOS 3, but you can get working early EOS film camera bodies like the oldest, the 1987 EOS 650* and 620, for under $30 dollars or so. AF is not as fast as new digital EOS cameras, but more than adequate for most of us, and the best news is that all your EF-mount (not EF-S, of course) lenses will fit and work. That's true lens compatibility over time, unlike some claims made for some other mounts. ;)
______
*factoid: The EOS 650 was released on Canon's 50th anniversary and the 5Dmkiii you have was released on the 25th anniversary of the EOS 650.

What JDM said. Get A Canon EOS film camera. Even if you get nothing better than a Rebel, it should cost less than $20 US.

I'd have to agree with JDM and Mark above. A good, working, 35mm film camera can be obtained for around $30 dollars or less. Because I collect cameras as a hobby, in addition to shooting film, and blogging about photography, I've learned to economize. My primary source for acquiring cameras is Ebay. I have purchased 17 cameras there for as little as $5, but the average price I pay is around $30. If you have a brand name preference, these are the brands I've been able to buy there: Nikon, Pentax, Minolta, and Konica. I don't presently own a Canon camera but I have seen them there within the $30 price range.
