Shooting and Developing with Film
Create beautiful photographs by learning the principles of shooting with B & W film and processing in the darkroom. Learn light, exposure, and composition on photo shoots in urban street locations. Learn how to process film, make contact sheets and print images using traditional darkroom techniques. Film cameras available for student use. Instructor: C. Independent Projects in the Darkroom
This darkroom course is an opportunity to pursue independent projects in B & W film photography under the direction of an experienced instructor. Processing and printing facilities are available along with access to critical, technical and aesthetic guidance in shooting, project development and printing. Proctored darkroom access is alternated with instruction for maximum access to darkroom facilities. Film cameras available. Previous darkroom experience required. Instructor: C. Makowichuk, $230 + $10 material fee + GST, supplies included. Enrolment is limited.
