35mm film camera deals on Ebay
These are all examples of deals found on Ebay the day of this blog post. The Canon T70 with 85 - 210 zoom lens was selling for $35.00. A Minolta Maxxum 500 sold for $17.38. And a Minolta 7000 (I'm partial to Minoltas), was being auctioned for $15.99 with 22 more hours to go for bidding, at the time I'm writing this blog entry. These are all film cameras. There were other brand names represented at Ebay also. Yashica, Nikon, Olympus, and others. One of the few prominent draw backs to film photography is black & white film development. With the proliferation of digital cameras, and the scarcity of photo labs specializing in black and white development, getting a roll of black and white film developed can be pricey. In my area $17 (or higher) per roll of 36 exposures is not uncommon. If however, you have no desire to use black and white films, and price is a factor in the choice of your hobby interests, these deals on Ebay are a good choice.
For the serious photo-hobbyist on a budget (and who isn't these days?) I recommend Ebay.
