The one that got away!
This is a house I had hoped to put under contract for investment purposes. As it turned out, the property has undergone some structural changes that have rendered it much too expensive for a "quick flip".

Vandalized public pay phone
Does anyone even use these things anymore? This public pay phone has become the target of local vandals, and their spray paint cans.
